Top 5 Business Apps Performance in Guatemala Q3 2022

In Q3 2022, the top five business apps in Guatemala saw diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Zoom Workplace experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at about $132 in mid-September, with another significant rise to $105 towards the end of the month. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 12.8K in late June and reaching a high of 23.3K in late July before dipping to around 15.8K by the end of September. Active users hovered around 75K to 85K throughout the quarter, with a minor drop in early July and a gradual rise towards the end of September.

Microsoft Teams saw weekly downloads peak at 13.6K in mid-July before declining to around 6.8K by the end of September. Despite the drop in downloads, active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 192K to 226K throughout the quarter.

Google Meet (original) had a peak download rate of 13.5K in mid-July, which then gradually declined to approximately 5.2K by the end of September. Active users showed a slight decline from 72K in late June to about 64.8K at the end of the quarter.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver demonstrated a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 1.5K in late June and reaching 3.8K by the end of September. Active users also saw a steady rise, moving from around 16.7K to 20.1K in the same period.

Toloka: Earn online experienced a spike in downloads in mid-September, reaching 6K, before dropping to approximately 1K by the end of the month. Active users mirrored this trend, peaking at 6.1K in mid-September and then decreasing to around 2.8K by the end of the quarter.
